1. What are your candles made of

All our candles are handcrafted with one hundred per cent soy wax and premium fragrance blends. Soy wax burns cleaner and longer creating a more mindful experience that is kinder to the environment.

2. Are your candles handmade

Yes. Every candle is poured by hand in small batches. This means each piece carries its own unique characteristics and is infused with a moment of intention and positivity from the creator.

3. Do your candles have a spiritual meaning

Each candle in our collection is created with a specific intention in mind such as peace courage renewal or emotional clarity. They are designed to support personal rituals meditation and mindful daily habits.

4. How long do the candles burn

Burn time varies depending on the candle size but most of our pieces offer approximately twenty five to thirty hours of burn time thanks to the slow and clean burn of soy wax.

5. Are your candles safe for people with sensitivities

We use high quality fragrance oils and soy wax that is free from paraffin and harmful toxins. However every person is unique so we always recommend testing the candle in a ventilated space if you have scent sensitivities.

6. Do you accept returns or exchanges

For safety reasons we cannot accept returns on used candles. If your candle arrives damaged or incorrect please contact us within forty eight hours and we will be happy to help. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

7. How long does delivery take

Each candle is handmade and shipped from the United Kingdom. Processing time is usually one to three business days and delivery time depends on your location. UK orders normally arrive within two to five days and international orders may take longer.

8. Can I request a custom intention or personalised candle

At the moment we offer a curated range created with specific intentions. If you would like to request something personalised feel free to message us and we will let you know if it is possible depending on our current schedule.

9. Are your candles suitable as gifts

Absolutely. Every candle is presented beautifully and carries a meaningful intention which makes it a thoughtful gift for birthdays housewarmings spiritual occasions or simply to support a loved one.
